How it works

From first call to lower bills

Our feasibility and implementation process. We handle the engineering, paperwork and approvals.

  1. Initial call

A short call with our team to understand your setup and answer your questions.

  2. Electricity bills

Send us your last 12 months of electricity bills so we can assess usage patterns and viability.

  3. 4 weeks

    Data logging

We install a data logger to measure real electricity demand and optimise the system design.

  4. Tailored PPA proposal

    A formal written proposal including:

    • Expected savings
    • Tariffs
    • System size
    • Contract terms
  5. Approvals and applications

    We handle submissions to:

    • The municipality or Eskom
    • The Department of Public Works
    • The WCED or other governing bodies
  6. Structural engineering assessment

Roof loading and PV design reviewed and signed off by our structural engineer.

  7. 2–3 weeks

    Installation

Scheduled to minimise disruption to your operations. Includes AMI smart meter installation.

  8. Commissioning and compliance

    Before the system goes live:

    • Electrical Certificate of Compliance (CoC)
    • Pr Eng commissioning report
    • Final approval from the municipality or Eskom
  9. Operation and billing

The system goes live. You pay only for the solar electricity you use, with reduced reliance on Eskom from day one.
